I really wanted to present this video without comment, without explanation. With that said I really want to draw you to the absurdity of these videos: the static or slowly moving backgrounds, the creatures moving at uncanny-valley speeds, the shifting perspectives. In particular, The Rescue of Pops Ghostly becomes legitimately unsettling because of the strange flashing lights on the ghostly bodies, the sound effects that are slightly off-putting, even the complete lack of action/plot give it a surreality that still sticks with me. Watch this video and know that I still watch it regularly, that I can't escape these ghosts despite my best efforts.
